Common questions
Everything we've been asked most often about Topic Modeler. Don't see your question? Reach out and we'll answer directly.
Getting started
How much of my time does this actually take?
Roughly 30 minutes total, split across two short checkpoints. The first is a structured intake we pre-populate where we can; your job is confirmation and light editing. The second is a review of the draft architecture so we can verify the business truths before we ship.
Everything else — the analysis, the graphs, the JSON-LD, the linking blueprint, the implementation guide — is on us.
What exactly happens at each checkpoint?
Checkpoint 1 (intake): a structured online form covering organizational details, what you sell, who you serve, and the problems you solve. We pre-populate from your website so you confirm rather than draft.
Checkpoint 2 (review): we send draft knowledge graphs, the topic universe, and entity normalization through your client portal. You verify the business truths and flag corrections. Your edits flow back into the architecture, then we ship the final ZIP.
How quickly will I see results?
Architecture is foundational, not promotional. Implementation effects compound as you publish; some clients see meaningful YoY shifts within 60 days, others see acceleration only once the content gap roadmap starts shipping. We do not promise immediate ranking jumps from implementation alone.
Implementation
Will implementing Topic Modeler interfere with my ongoing SEO work?
No. Topic Modeler is designed to complement your existing SEO work, not replace it or disrupt it.
Your SEO team can use the recommendations to sharpen content planning, improve page strategy, strengthen internal linking, refine metadata, and better align your site with the topics and entities your buyers, search engines, and AI answer engines are trying to understand.
My webmaster is sensitive about granting outside parties access to our website. Can Topic Modeler be implemented without direct website access?
Yes. In fact, that is the most common implementation path.
Topic Modeler is delivered as a set of recommendations and AI-enablement files that your webmaster, SEO team, or content team can apply directly. That typically includes files, internal linking updates, metadata improvements, and related on-site changes.
We can provide implementation support as a separate service, but direct website access is not required for the core Topic Modeler deliverable.
Does this require me to redesign my website or start from scratch?
No. You can implement our recommendations on your current website without changes to page count, menu structure, or visual design. The deliverable layers in cleanly on top of what you already have.
That said, if you are planning a redesign or building a new site, that is also a perfect time to apply Topic Modeler, because the architecture we ship informs how the new site should be organized.
Do you support CMS platforms beyond WordPress?
Our implementation guide ships in WordPress format because that's what most of our clients run. The deliverables themselves — knowledge graphs, JSON-LD, llms.txt, linking CSVs, meta CSVs — are CMS-agnostic and portable to any platform.
Other CMS platforms are supported on a case-by-case basis. Tell us your stack on the intake form and we'll confirm scope.
What if I don't have a technical SEO team?
You don't need one. The implementation guide is written for a WordPress webmaster, and the optional Full Website Implementation add-on lets us deploy everything for you. Beyond that, the deliverables are portable enough that any developer or agency partner can implement them without specialized SEO knowledge.
What about data privacy?
We collect only what you submit through the intake form and what is publicly accessible on your website. We do not connect to analytics, CRMs, or backend systems. See our privacy policy for full details.
Scope & comparison
How does this compare to MarketMuse, Surfer, or InLinks?
Those are SaaS subscriptions priced $49 to $249 per month, and they live inside their own dashboards. You learn the tool, run the analyses, and decide what's worth acting on. None of them generate llms.txt.
Topic Modeler is a one-time, tech-enabled service. We deliver a deployable ZIP of architecture files — knowledge graphs, JSON-LD, llms.txt, internal linking, meta tags — that your team can hand to a developer.
Will Topic Modeler write my content for me?
No. We build the architecture — the knowledge graphs, JSON-LD, llms.txt, linking blueprint, content gap roadmap. Content writing and page creation are explicitly out of scope. The roadmap tells you what to publish and in what order; what to say is yours.
Does it track rankings or AI citations over time?
No. Daily rank tracking and ongoing site audits are out of scope. Blueprint includes a 90-day post-implementation recheck that pulses what moved structurally; for continuous tracking, pair Topic Modeler with whatever rank or visibility tool your team already uses.
What's the win condition if we do this right?
You become the structurally clearest answer in your category. Foundational AI models can reliably surface you for category-defining questions. Buyers find your Problem and Capability pages before they know what to call your Solution. Every page you publish from here forward compounds inside an architecture, instead of accumulating in isolation.
